Refunds or Replacement

If your product arrives broken or damaged, we kindly request that you notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

-Supporting evidence (e.g., photos, recordings)
-Tracking number

Once we have reviewed the provided evidence and confirmed the issue, we will offer you two options:

Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item, including any applicable shipping fees.

Replacement: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can send you a new machine at no additional cost.
